Founded and operates an independent aviation advisory practice serving aircraft owners, lessors, airlines, and investors globally. Engagements span technical, commercial, and financial dimensions across multiple aircraft types and transaction contexts.

• Full project management for aircraft owners and lessors including Alitalia, Southwest, Aeronaves TSM, Cargo Air, Elektra, Fits Air, Aerolux, and Avia Quest
• Aircraft appraisals conducted using ISTAT methodology; enrolled in ISTAT Appraiser Program (candidate since July 2024)
• Technical and transaction advisory across MD80, B737, Cessna Citations, CRJs, ATRs; JT8D, CFM56, and V2500 engines
• Independent procurement management in excess of $3 million across projects
• Co-authored "Coronavirus Recovery Plan for Airlines" — published March 2020

Co-founded a European commercial airline from inception. Led the full regulatory certification process, assembled the management team, grew the fleet to 4 MD83 aircraft, and scaled operations to full charter service for European tour operators and brokers.

• Passed all regulatory audits to achieve and maintain the airline's Air Operator Certificate (AOC) — a complex multi-year certification requiring coordination across authority, safety, ops, and maintenance functions
• Negotiated and managed customer agreements totalling over $19 million in revenue with major tour operators, airlines, and charter brokers
• Recruited all postholder management team: Accountable Manager, Head of Training, Quality Manager, Chief Pilot, CAMO Manager
• Built and led a team of over 80 staff from startup phase to mature commercial operations
• Secured comprehensive aviation insurance with Lloyd's market underwriters at best-available terms

Co-managed a European charter airline operating up to 8 MD80 aircraft. Held executive responsibility across commercial, technical, and operational functions.

• Negotiated and executed customer agreements with major tour operators, airlines, and charter brokers across Europe
• Represented the airline at the Farnborough International Airshow
• Oversaw parts expenditure exceeding $1.6M in purchase orders and $1M in repair orders
• Managed major customer contracts: maintenance base setup, authority audits, crew logistics, purchasing coordination to prevent AOG situations

Led procurement for a large MD80 aviation asset management company. Introduced process and technology improvements that redefined the function.

• Managed parts procurement exceeding $1M in purchase orders and $360,000 in repair orders
• Evaluated, recommended, and implemented the Wings MRO/inventory management platform — full digital transformation of the procurement function
• Developed and delivered staff training on company procedures, authority regulations, and system usage

Managed procurement, logistics, and parts sales for a major aircraft leasing company specialising in B737-200/300 and DC9/MD80 fleets. The foundation of a career-long expertise in aviation asset economics.
